What to set up first

  1. Open your agency dashboard.
  2. Create a subaccount for each business, location group, or brand you manage.
  3. Open the subaccount you want to work on.
  4. Create a card template.
  5. Share the join link with customers.
  6. Use the Scanner to award stamps, points, visits, or redemptions.

How Carrott is organized

Card templateThe loyalty card customers add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Customer cardA customer's personal copy of a card template, including their balance, status, and pass install state.
  • Add your business details and locations.
  • Create one simple card first, usually a stamp or points card.
  • Check the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet preview.
  • Test the join link on your own phone.
  • Add yourself as a customer and scan a test reward.
  • Publish changes before sharing the link widely.

Before inviting customers
