Create a subaccount

When to create one

Use a separate subaccount when a business needs its own customers, cards, locations, staff, or settings.

Common examples:

• One coffee shop brand with one or more locations
• A restaurant group location that needs its own loyalty program
• A client business managed by your agency
• A franchisee that should only see their own customers and cards

Steps

1. Open the agency dashboard.
2. Go to Subaccounts.
3. Select Create Subaccount.
4. Enter the business name and basic details.
5. Save the subaccount.
6. Open it from the subaccounts list.

• Join links and embedded forms
• Broadcasts and campaigns
• API tokens

• Agency billing and plan management
• White label branding
• Franchises
• Agency-level settings
• Agency staff who manage multiple businesses

After creating it

Set up the business profile, add locations, create the first card template, then test the join link before sending it to customers.
