Create a campaign to run a time-limited promotion on an existing card.

When to use a campaign

Use campaigns for promotions that have a clear start and end date, such as:

  • Double points weekend
  • Holiday reward boost
  • Limited-time coupon redemption
  • Store opening promotion
  • Seasonal offer

Campaigns are designed for loyalty and offer cards. Membership cards may not be eligible for campaign setup.

Steps

  1. Open Campaigns.
  2. Select Create Campaign.
  3. Choose the card template.
  4. Add a campaign name and internal notes.
  5. Set the start and end date, time, and timezone.
  6. Configure the campaign banner or wallet display changes.
  7. Add a launch message if needed.
  8. Set scanner redemption rules if the campaign needs them.
  9. Add reminders if useful.
  10. Review the wallet preview.
  11. Save or launch the campaign.

Keep the customer-facing message specific: what the customer gets, when it ends, and what they need to do.

Check the schedule timezone, preview the wallet display, and make sure staff know how to handle redemption in the Scanner.
