Agency billing vs customer memberships

Agency billing is what you pay for using Carrott. Membership subscriptions are payments your customers make for a membership card. These are separate.

If a feature is locked

A feature may require a higher plan or a usage limit increase. Check the billing page first, then contact support if the limit does not look right.

Best practice

Review billing before launching a large customer import, multiple subaccounts, or a new campaign so you know the account has the right limits in place.
