Add or edit a customer

Use the Customers area to manage people who have joined or should be added manually.

Add a customer

  1. Open Customers.
  2. Select Add Customer.
  3. Enter the customer's details.
  4. Add the customer to the right card if needed.
  5. Save the customer.

Edit a customer

  1. Open Customers.
  2. Search for the customer by name, email, or phone.
  3. Open the customer profile.
  4. Update the details.
  5. Save your changes.

Customer details to keep accurate

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Card membership
  • Reward balance or status
  • Notes or internal details, if used

Card-specific data

A customer can have card data tied to a specific card template. For example, one card may track stamps, another may track points, and a membership card may track tier access.

Be careful when editing rewards

If you adjust stamps, points, coupon usage, or membership status manually, make sure the change matches what the customer expects. Wallet passes can update after customer card data changes.
